The expansion process towards southern part of india is on in the pipeline, which is expected to be completed within six months of time. The franchisees are handpicked based on their acdemic background and qualifications and background. The enables the task of equipping them with the knowledge of various colleges/Universities and instititutions and courses offered so thta franchisees does not commit any mistake in apprising a student. Franchisee training cell enables the franchisee to get exposure on how to interact with the prospect student. The interaction is the major part of business activity to get volume with substance to various institutions and colleges around the globe

Clientele Management Cell.

State of Art clietele management cell is equipped with men of impeccable caliber in analyzing the state of mind of an aspiring student to establish their skills and field in which he/she can pursue further studies. The particular act ensures that the student is being guided to specific field of study where he/she can excel and bring laurels to his/her country and comapany as well.

Electonic Data Processing cell.

Database software has been developed by company itself to monitor status of students Also software is being developed to have all colleges. universities and other institutions along with their courses and fee structure which will enable speedy interation with the student and accuracy of information. It has been decided to float blank CDs to all the major institutions around the globe during the proposed visit on Nov. 2003 at berlin workshop to the heads / representatives of the institutions. A request shall be made to download the activities of their respective institutions with video and audio effect and mail it to us, which will go a long way in educating the student about the institutions. This will create major break through in acquiring international students.

Marketing Strategies

Appraisal of the student's eligiblity and subsequent training and coaching in the areas where the student are found to be performing below the standards is the front-end strategy. As the training is extended to the students free of cost, there is no other company in the northern belt who can operate with us. Seminar at the pace of 2 per month is being conducted to educate the student of this nation about the availability of courses abroad, international exposure and the advantage of being an international student. Once again emphasize on dedication while counselling a student is re-affirmed since the company does not desire a student to proceed abroad with the his mere belief of passing an examination. Also a meeting with the student's parents since the financial burden is evolved with the parents and in a conservative country like india, the parents consent is a compulsory factor abd nit an obligatory which most of the consultants in india do not adhere to.

Transparency in the business is maintained and as matter of fact the company scrutinizes and verifies that the certificates and other transcripts produced by the the student are not fake/false in any way. Hence, this aspect makes sure the institutions sponsored by us are confident in their incoming students since responsible consultants sponsor them. Last but not the least, the company keeps in mind the reupte of self and the institute being sponsored to flourish in the coming days in the secret of our success.

Prosposed Plan

Proposed plan of the company is to interact with institutions / Colleges / Universities in Europe , USA, UK, and Canada turn wise so that one visit in a particular country / continent shall bring awareness about the various colleges / institutions in that area. This shall be enforced by may 2003 during which one of the director along with manager shall be deputed to visit a Continent / Countries for which the company shall seek your Co-operation.
