The company was formed in 1998 and the structure has been created from raw level to a professional level having one Director as the head of the company and two Directors as its pathfinders. It has evolved a system of diverse management having two Managers under whom different sections function. For effective management Four core head departments are placed under the Director i.e., Administration, Planning, Counseling and Seminar planning. The Associate Directors are exclusively allotted with their independent assignments i.e., One for Marketing and the other for Operations which makes a significant impact on the company's Operation and Marketing strategies. All the Directors are highly qualified professionals both in the field of Education as well as Business. The business is being carried forward with absolute ethics and norms and principles, which are the hallmark of existence of our company in this part of India. To our credit we have placed more than 150 students in various International Institutions / colleges / Universities across the globe.

The growth of the company with in a period of 3 ½ years is commendable since one of the Directors always visit Workshops such as "Berlin Workshop" which is conducted once in a year to interact personally with various representative and heads of the institutions around the globe. This has enhanced the knowledge about the Colleges/institutions and availability of prospectus and brochures through which a student who seeks admission in any of the institution around the globe can acquire direct knowledge about the institution where he/she wants pursue his/her education career.

The Board of Directors has unanimously decided to contribute towards social cause for those students who are very strong in their academics but are underprivileged economically to pursue their studies. For these students free of cost service is offered for their further studies apart from giving them a two months program in English as a Foreign Language
